The six-level, 2.3-million-square-foot Walter E. Washington Convention Center is one of the largest building in the city, covering six blocks. An extraordinary facility for meetings, conventions and events of all sizes, the Walter E. Washington Convention Center is located to the north of Mount Vernon Square, between 7th and 9th Streets N.W., and south of N Street, N.W. This facility offers a prime location in D.C.’s convention and entertainment district with access to hotels, restaurants, shopping, and live sports.
